This property was great. The location is in a neighborhood that is walking distance from restaurants and shops and there were 4 bikes available for riding.
What a great way to start off the summer! The Orchard House is the perfect vacation rental for couples or families. The house is spacious (the pictures make it look smaller than it is) and everything you could need to enjoy the house has been provided! The hosts are top notch! They are responsive and accommodating!
We had such a wonderful time staying for a girls’ weekend in October. It was too late in the season for the pool but we loved having access to the outdoor space and fire pit. The property is exactly as described—beds were very comfy and having a large dining table and couch space were a major bonus on a semi-rainy weekend.
This property is the perfect getaway spot for friends and family. Adorable with so much room, plenty of beds for larger groups. A short walk to town, but you never want to leave! The pool is ideal in summer months. The hosts are fantastic, easy to communicate with and keep the home well stocked for anything you may need.
What a great relaxing week with our family. The location was perfect; loved the fenced backyard; enjoyed time at the pool. Everything was clean and well cared for. Our hosts were friendly and easy to work with. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed from cooking s’mores to our crockpot carnitas tacos◡̈ Perfect getaway!
When the 10-year old opened the gate, without missing a beat she exclaimed, “I’ve entered paradise.” In spite of the fabulous nearby public beach, we barely left the property. The heated and meticulously maintained pool was the center of activity surrounded by a fire pit, a nice gas grill and a cabana that protected us from too much sun and, yes, a rain shower.
We had a fabulous time at this property. Even though the weather was cooler, the pool was warm enough to swim every day. Very comfortable space to gather. Highly recommend.

White Heron was a perfect vacation rental for our family of 5 (boys ages 12,12,15). It was so cozy and felt like home. House is very well stocked with amenities. I didn't need to pack half of the items we packed. We had a minor issue with the pool and the owners responded immediately and arrived promptly to resolve the issue.
We absolutely hope to stay here again in the future.
We had a mixed age group, and we all had a great time at this house! It was clean, and it had everything you needed. Our kids loved the pool , and there are so many other things to check out around the area! We will be back for sure!
Stayed over the 4th of July and really enjoyed our stay in New Buffalo and at the house. Great location (one mile from the beach/walking distance.) The house had so many personal touches throughout, designed to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Loved the pool! Highly recommend this rental. Book it! Great accommodations. Great location. Traveling with pets is not always easy and this cozy and charming cottage with many thoughtful amenities to welcome us, made our stay a pleasure.
Our family of 5 (kids aged 17, 15 and 13) plus goldendoodle had a wonderful 5 day spring break and had a great time playing games and spending time together. House was very clean and owners were very thoughtful in preparation for a relaxing time.
Our family of four stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, offering to bring over anything we needed. We weren't in the yard much because of the cool temps, but it's beautiful and well kept. We plan on returning when its warmer. Thanks for such a great Thanksgiving!
