We love renovating, entertaining and hosting. We grew up going to the Dunes with our families and fell in love with New Buffalo after visiting for the first time in 2016. As avid travelers, we realized there was a need for updated properties with amenities that were also dog friendly and love hearing the memories our guests make when visiting. We’ve since relocated from Chicago and as they say, the rest is history.

We had such a wonderful time staying for a girls’ weekend in October. It was too late in the season for the pool but we loved having access to the outdoor space and fire pit. The property is exactly as described—beds were very comfy and having a large dining table and couch space were a major bonus on a semi-rainy weekend.

What a great way to start off the summer! The Orchard House is the perfect vacation rental for couples or families. The house is spacious (the pictures make it look smaller than it is) and everything you could need to enjoy the house has been provided! The hosts are top notch! They are responsive and accommodating!

This property is the perfect getaway spot for friends and family. Adorable with so much room, plenty of beds for larger groups. A short walk to town, but you never want to leave! The pool is ideal in summer months. The hosts are fantastic, easy to communicate with and keep the home well stocked for anything you may need.

When the 10-year old opened the gate, without missing a beat she exclaimed, “I’ve entered paradise.” In spite of the fabulous nearby public beach, we barely left the property. The heated and meticulously maintained pool was the center of activity surrounded by a fire pit, a nice gas grill and a cabana that protected us from too much sun and, yes, a rain shower.

White Heron was a perfect vacation rental for our family of 5 (boys ages 12,12,15). It was so cozy and felt like home. House is very well stocked with amenities. I didn’t need to pack half of the items we packed. We had a minor issue with the pool and the owners responded immediately and arrived promptly to resolve the issue. We absolutely hope to stay here again in the future.

Our family of four stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, offering to bring over anything we needed. We weren’t in the yard much because of the cool temps, but it’s beautiful and well kept. We plan on returning when its warmer. Thanks for such a great Thanksgiving!
